障害と恋愛初心者

さっそく本題です。
37歳独身です。幸せな恋愛を1度は経験してみたいのですが、自信をなくし臆病になっています。
16歳の摂食障害をきっかけに、学生の頃は対人関係を避け、恋愛どころではない生活をしていました。
20代では摂食障害に加え、うつ症状に悩まされ、働いて自活するので精一杯でした。
そして現在、不安障害や発達障害などと診断され、不眠症を患い、働けなくなり福祉サービスに頼って生活しています。
さすがに心が弱り、人恋しくて、結婚なんて贅沢は言わないから、恋人が欲しいと思うようになりました。
でも、病気を患っていて働いてもいない自分に恋人なんてできないと思ってしまいます。また恋愛経験も少ない（少ないなりの経験が不倫などの叶わぬ恋でした）上、おまけに対人緊張が強く疲れやすく、「初めまして」から人間関係をつくる気力がないです。
恋愛に対して、そもそもどんな心構えでいたらいいでしょうか。
私みたいな事情や性格の場合、どんな風に彼氏を見つけるのがいいでしょうか‥このまま1人で生きていくのは辛いです。
